Herb Cheese Ball Recipe

Yummy!!  I love cheese balls and what could be better than one made with Young Living essential oils??  I can't wait to try this one!!!!

Ingredients
• 2 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar, Pepper Jack, or Colby cheese (or a combination), room temperature
• 2 8-oz packages cream cheese, softened
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
• Sage essential oil
• Thyme essential oil
• Black pepper essential oil
• 1 1/2 cups pecan pieces, toasted
Directions
Mix together cheese, cream cheese, chives, and essential oils using a stand mixer, adjusting ingredients to achieve your desired flavor. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then form into 2 cheese balls. Roll in pecan pieces to coat surface. Chill for 8+ hours before serving with crackers or veggies.
